Dana L. Fahey
Dana is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court of Kansas. Dana received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas in 2010. While at The University of Kansas, Dana was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity and Sigma Kappa sorority. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from New England Law | Boston in 2013. While in law school Dana worked as a legal intern for the criminal defense firm Pomerleau Wood LLP and as a student prosecutor in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
Before joining Manson Karbank McClaflin, she served as Criminal Judicial Research Attorney for seven Judges in Johnson County District Court.
She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and Johnson County Bar Association where she is the current Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers Section. She is also an Associate with the Johnson County Family Law American Inn of Court.
Dana is a member of the Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri, a member of Children’s Mercy Ambassadors. and a member of the Nelson-Atkins Young Friends of Art.
